SoM-OSM360 is a compact and high-performance OSM R1.2 compliant System-on-Module designed for next-generation Edge AI and embedded computing applications. Powered by the MediaTek G360 (MT8366) processor, it integrates 1x Arm Cortex-A76 and 5x Cortex-A55 CPUs together with a Mali-G57 GPU and MediaTek 8th generation NPU, delivering up to 5.1 TOPS AI computing performance.

Designed for industrial and smart IoT environments, SoM-OSM360 supports Android 16, Yocto Linux, and Ubuntu operating systems, providing flexible software development options for various embedded applications. The module supports advanced multimedia capabilities including 4K video decoding, Full HD encoding, dual MIPI CSI camera interfaces, and multiple high-speed connectivity options such as USB 3.0, Gigabit Ethernet, SPI, I2C, UART, and SDIO.

With its compact 45 x 45 mm OSM-L form factor, SoM-OSM360 enables rapid integration into industrial automation, smart retail, medical devices, AIoT gateways, robotics, HMI systems, and Edge AI solutions. Enhanced security features including Secure Boot, Arm TrustZone, eFuse, and hardware random number generation ensure reliable and secure deployment in mission-critical applications.
